I have known Maddy in a professional capacity since 2016 where we ran our companies together out of Connect Coworking in downtown Tucson. 

In an office space as large as Connect, and a space that housed such a diverse cross-section of companies, I was amazed by Maddy’s ability connect with so many different people. Maddy’s effective communication skills and warm personality made her a natural networker and confidant. There were countless times I was able to access Maddy for a quick brainstorming session or to bounce ideas off her. So often I’ve found Maddy’s insight and feedback valuable to me in my business. 

Maddy offered additional expertise to my business during the launch of a new festival on 4th Avenue in 2016. Without her work ethic and willing to jump in and get the job done, the event would not have been a success. 

It’s not often you can find someone who is qualified as well as personable—Maddy is both.

Maddy has always been dependable, honest, loyal and responsible; as well as, demonstrated consistent follow-through on job tasks in a timely manner and would always produce before a deadline date. She is a “team” player and worked well with myself, the owner and our staff while brainstorming ideas to promote the importance of physical therapy and assist in building up referral resources for business growth.  

She had very creative ideas and was able to effectively formulate them for our social media needs/purposes and for educational purposes for our patients and the public primarily in the medical community.  She is very computer savvy and up to date on advertising lay outs. She is very resourceful when looking up marketing items/promotions to stay within budget.  

Madeline is a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, who can accept responsibility to complete a project with little oversight or direction.  I would highly recommend her to any company seeking these qualities in an individual.
